The right finish

Different concrete. Different protection.

The texture, existing coating, and finish you want determine the system we use.

01 / Natural protection

Broom-finish concrete

A penetrating sealer for traditional driveways, sidewalks, and patios. One coat, selected to protect without a decorative film finish.

02 / Bring out the stone

Exposed aggregate

Two coats of clear decorative sealer. Choose a natural or wet-look finish, or let us recommend the right option for your surface.

03 / Preserve the detail

Stamped & decorative

Two coats of decorative sealer with a grip additive, matched to the existing finish and coating condition.

Preparation matters

The finish starts before the sealer.

  • Professional cleaning and surface preparation before sealing
  • Sealer selected for your concrete type and desired finish
  • Existing-coating compatibility checked before application
  • Grip additive for stamped or decorative concrete
  • Optional stain treatments and crack filling quoted separately

Already sealed?

Cloudy, peeling, or unknown coatings need an on-site evaluation. Applying new sealer over an incompatible coating can cause failure. Any required stripping is quoted separately.

  1. 01

    Inspect the surface

We identify the concrete finish, inspect existing sealer, and check for staining, cracks, and coating failure before confirming the scope.

  2. 02

    Clean and prepare

We clean the concrete and address agreed-upon problem areas. Failing or incompatible coatings may require separately quoted stripping.

  3. 03

    Allow proper drying

The surface must be ready for the selected product. Moisture and the weather forecast determine when sealing can begin.

  4. 04

    Apply and confirm

We apply the appropriate sealer and coat system, inspect the finish, and give you product-specific drying and traffic guidance.

Concrete sealing, explained.

Still have a question? Call (615) 788-9704

What types of concrete can you seal?+

We seal broom-finish concrete, exposed aggregate, and stamped or decorative concrete. The product and application depend on the surface and any coating already present.

Does concrete sealing include cleaning?+

Yes. Our concrete sealing service includes cleaning and surface preparation. Specialty stain removal, repairs, and removal of failing sealer are assessed and quoted separately.

Will sealing change the appearance of my concrete?+

A penetrating sealer suits broom-finish concrete when you want a natural appearance. Decorative sealers can enhance exposed aggregate or stamped concrete. We confirm your preferred finish and product compatibility before application.

Can you seal over my existing sealer?+

Only when the existing coating is sound and compatible. Cloudy, milky, peeling, flaking, bubbling, or unknown coatings require an on-site evaluation. Stripping is not included in a standard sealing estimate.

How much does concrete sealing cost?+

Your estimate depends on square footage, concrete type, condition, access, and selected add-ons. Use our instant quote calculator for a preliminary range; the final scope and price are confirmed after inspection.

When can I walk or drive on the surface?+

Drying and curing times vary with the product, temperature, and moisture. We provide specific instructions for foot traffic, furniture, and vehicles when your project is completed.

Will sealed concrete be slippery?+

Some decorative finishes can reduce traction when wet. Our stamped or decorative concrete system includes a grip additive, and we can discuss additional nonslip treatment for areas that need it.

“Ben has been a pleasure to work with on our patio. We had a paver patio installed about 3 years ago and it needed to be pressure washed, new sand added in joints, and sealed. Ben knew that we needed a special sand called polymeric sand specifically for paver installments. He was delayed by weather, but texted me several times during a couple weeks of relentless rain until it was dry enough for the sealer application. I give this company 5 stars!”

“Had Ben come out today for a house wash and full window cleaning — never did I expect my house to look new again. He took his time and did an amazing job. Would recommend him 100 percent.”

“We hired Ben for a soft wash of the exterior of our home. He also pressure washed our driveway and sidewalks. Our home is 22 years old and had a lot of build up on the siding. It looks so much better! Thank you Ben!”
